We describe each item accurately and in detail so that our customers are never disappointed. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, when it is returned to us in the exact condition in which it was sent, unworn, with labels still attached and within 7 DAYS of customer receiving the item.

UK & rest of world – within 10 days.
We recommend that returns are sent by registered post or a similar service which can be tracked as we cannot process refunds for items which may be lost in transit. Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.
Once received by us refunds will immediately be credited to your original method of payment. Please note delivery costs will not be refunded.
We regret that discounted items and items purchased at pop up shops or vintage fairs may not be returned.
We at VaheyVintage offer only the highest quality vintage (mint, excellent or very good condition) with no visible holes or stains. Our vintage has been cleaned, is ready to wear and is perfect in vintage terms but please remember it has not just come off a factory conveyor belt and has that already worn charm.
Flawless condition, possibly unworn with tags, no visible imperfections or discolorations.
May show some very minor wear from light usage but nothing too noticeable. Such as re-sewn hem, alterations, minor discoloration on inside lining, light scratching on the surface of leather goods, light wear on corner of handbags or interior. The overall quality of these items is very close to original.
Indicates good quality with some slightly visible wear. Softness due to washing, linings may be faded or have minor stains, slight scratches on leather or metal hardware.
