We use registered post to deliver your order. Registered Post is quick and secure and allows the order to be tracked.
Delivery times are between 9am – 5pm so it is advisable where possible to supply a work address or the address where the recipient will be present as all orders must be signed for.
In the event that no one is available to sign for the delivery, the delivery driver will leave an attempted delivery notice advising you where to collect your order. You have 7 days to collect your order after which time it will be returned to VaheyVintage. In the event of this happening we will contact you to make arrangements to resend your order. Please note additional postal charges incurred to resend or redirect orders are borne by the customer.
We endeavour to deliver your order within the specified time frame. However, orders to countries outside of the UK are handed over to that countries postal service and so we cannot control any delays experienced as a result. Unfortunately we are unable to offer tracking on International orders. Any customs, duties or any other charges relating to shipping and taxes are borne by the customer.
